AtheNA Multi-Lyte® ANCA Test System
The AtheNA Multi-Lyte® ANCA Test System is intended
for the qualitative and semi-quantitative detection of IgG class
antibody to two separate antigens, myeloperoxidase (MPO) and
proteinase 3 (PR3), in human serum simultaneously in a single well.
The system is intended to be used as an aid in the diagnosis of
various autoimmune vasculitic disorders characterized by elevated
levels of anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA). MPO and/or
PR3 may be associated with autoimmune disorders such as Wegener's
granulomatosis, idiopathic crescentic glomerulonephritis (ICGN),
microscopic polyarteritis (MPA) and pulmonary renal syndrome
(PRS).
